You’d think something like Dangerous Games would be a name for a game studio and not a franchise (does two games make a franchise?) but Blam! Games does things their own way! Blam! You’ve been played… ’cause we’re talking about games so… you know, you play games… it’s a joke.
Once upon a time, Surface was at the forefront of what HOPA could do. Hell, together with Mystery Trackers and Grim Tales, Elephant Games was one of the leading forces in deciding the trends of HOPA. But it’s hard to deny that they’ve gradually falling to the side in growing opposition from studios like Mariaglorium, Mad Head and, of course, Eipix. And Game of Gods is a perfect example of how they’re consistently missing the mark.
It’s hard to come up with blurbs for these things so… let’s just get right to it!
Oh God, why did I ever decide to post on both Mondays and Fridays? And actually tried to stick to it? I’ve been trying to write this review since Friday and I just cannot come up with anything clever to say. So, you know what? It is what it is!
It’s funny how I often bemoan how I don’t cover enough studios and tend to focus on only a few only to then talk about a studio I’ve only mentioned once. In a Casual Friday even, so not exactly to any great length. I did like the game but also admitted I don’t really pay attention to them and that hasn’t really changed. But that said, I might actually pay a little more attention to ERS from now on.
